Proposal and Manual Writer Our government client Agriculture Canada is currently looking for a temporary Proposal and Manual Writer. Requirements • English Essential • Secret security clearance • Degree in a related field from a recognized university. • Significant experience to lead all aspects of agricultural sector program development, program design, and program delivery • Significant experience providing advice and support to senior management on program design, approval and delivery • Significant experience working with third party program partners • Significant experience establishing policies and procedures for new programs on HR, training • Significant experience establishing and utilizing public and private partner networks in the agricultural and agri-based supply chain; • Significant experience writing government program procedures, tools, and manuals.
