| Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper Action Personnel is actively recruiting for an intermediate-level Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper for one of our clients. This opportunity will appeal to candidates who are readily available to prove themselves on a contractual basis, with the opportunity leading to a permanent position for the right individual. This will be an opportunity to work with a boutique Accounting firm who has built a strong reputation in delivering quality to its clients and building long-term relationships. As an Intermediate-level Accounting Clerk, your role will encompass, but is not limited to: • Ensuring accuracy of journal entries • Ensuring that invoices and receivables are accurate and timely • Preparing reports in Excel, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks and/r Word • Representing the company in a professional manner • Maintaining the company’s books In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must possess: • At least 2 years experience as an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper • Outstanding communication skills in a team environment • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Thorough understanding of journal entries, general ledger, and the full accounting cycle • Excellent abilities with Microsoft products as well as Quickbooks and Simply Accounting If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please present your resume in Word format with the subject heading "Accounting Clerk" in your email.
