| Technical Trainer Action Personnel is actively recruiting for a Technical Trainer with in-depth knowledge of C#, .NET, and XML. This is a part-time/evening opportunity to work for a non-profit organization whose mandate is to assist newcomers to Canada to find employment in their chosen field. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Developing and preparing course material • Training and development in C#, .Net, VB, ASP.Net, XML • Conducting training sessions in a lab setting of 35 – 40 students • Training intermediate-level programmers to assist them in attaining Microsoft Certification • Preparing students in order to get them job-ready In order to qualify for this opportunity you must possess: • Proven training and/or public speaking skills • In-depth knowledge of C#, .Net, VB, XML • At least three (3) years work experience in software development • A good understanding of the local job market • A University Degree in Computer Science and/or Technical Certifications Please note that in order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be available from 6:00pm – 9:00pm, Monday to Friday. Duration of the course is 2 weeks and will be required 10 times per year.
