Customer Service Rep (Benefits Advisor) An expanding agency seeks Team Builders to assist with the expansion of the agency and Sales Associates to support Team Builders We are seeking 4 energetic, self-motivated individuals to develop and manage teams of 5 or more. No leadership experience?...we'll teach you. Additionally, we are seeking 16 aggressive individuals with a strong work ethic to join our sales team. Team builders can enjoy earnings of approx $65,000 and those that are super aggressive can earn $150,000 plus. Sales associates earn approx $45,000 and Top Producers earn over $80,000.
