Position: The IT Support Analyst contributes to The Pepsi Bottling Group's success by providing IT hardware and software technical support for field based users and equipment (LAN/WAN). Key Responsibilities include: • Work independently to efficiently resolve customer issues and support IT team members to meet Service Level Agreements • Communicate with Team Lead and Engineering/Helpdesk to ensure project and support objectives are met • Deliver new applications, upgrades and patches while adhering to security and process standards and policies • Apply thorough knowledge of PC's, peripherals, and network technologies • Participate within the team to improve the entire team’s ability to meet and exceed customer expectations Required Experience, Skills and Abilities: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a LAN Administrator or Support Analyst in a Microsoft environment • MCSE , A+ or equivalent certification preferred • 3-5 years experience with Microsoft XP technologies Novell Netware/ZenWorks, Microsoft Office, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Dell Desktops, Laptops and Servers • Advanced PC application troubleshooting • Understanding of basic network protocols • Implementation of Ethernet Infrastructures • Ability to support a local and remote user base • Strong support skills in a heterogeneous network environment • Previous experience supporting a call center • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to deliver support • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills • Flexible work skills (some nights and weekends) and ability to travel as required • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset If you are interested in this amazing opportunity please apply online at www.pbgjobs.com. | |
